Welcome to Bellcom Communications Ltd. I would personally like to introduce you to our Company and advise how we can steer you through the maze of Business Telephony and Connection options you have.

Bellcom has been providing cutting edge solutions for many years and have many loyal clients who have been with us for 10 years or more, and who continue to renew with us every year.

Why do they do this? Well i believe it is because we continually develop our products to suit changing trends and technologies, thus ensuring our clients are always on the best solutions, and at the best price. I also believe that our award-winning, UK-based, customer service and support teams really do build customer loyalty. I often get very positive feedback, even when things maybe don’t go quite as expected. I believe this is because we stay true to our mission statement of “There are times when things may go wrong, or not as expected, but it is how these situations are addressed and dealt with that sets us apart from the rest”.

At the end of 2019 I purchased an IT Support Company – Teknicare – to enable us to provide the full package of services that our clients were now looking for, effectively making us a “one stop shop” for all your Telecoms, Connectivity and IT support products. No longer do you need to bounce from one company to another, as they each blame each other for problems you are experiencing! One support team. one contact number, one bill, one happy customer!

As with many things in life, it is often hard to know how good a company is to work with until you have started to work with them. And I agree with this. All I can say is that we have 100’s of happy and satisfied clients, so I know we are doing things right. But I will also promise that if, for any reason, you are not 100% happy with our products or service, then you can speak directly to me and I commit to either ensuring any issue you have is resolved to your satisfaction, or i will release you from your agreement with us. How’s that for confidence?
