Hello, I’m Nathan, and I started work at Teknicare in 2021, and work on the Helpdesk and as first line I.T. Support.
I enjoy taking calls from customers who have any issues with their systems, email and the like. I can help resolve their problems or call on the rest of the team if needs be to escalate matters if I can’t help.
I do try to not speak in “tech” speak, but sometimes that’s invertible, so please do let me know if I slip into “techno mode”! I am also happy to visit customers to set up any new PC’s or carry out any upgrades……..
Im learning new things everyday.
Out of work I love “gaming”, and I also enjoying building my own PC’s. I’m also a Crystal Palace FC fan, which can be quite interesting at times in the office…….
