Welcome to Teknicare Ltd. – your first stop for all your IT support! I would like to personally introduce you to our Company, and hopefully prove to you that your tech support does not need to be scary, or expensive.

Teknicare, founded in 1991, provides IT Support and Services to businesses of all sizes. Cutting through all the complicated jargon and sticking to our motto of “keeping IT simple”.

We continually develop our products and services to suit changing trends and technologies, thus ensuring our clients are always on the best solutions, and at the best price. With the fast pace of changes with technology, and with the ever-present threat of cyber security attacks, we are finding that users need far different levels of support, based on the various options and products available. Since Covid we have seen a big shift in home, remote and part-time working. All of these bring new, and different challenges. All of my teams go through continuing and ongoing training to ensure they are fully aware of all the solutions to help our clients get the best from their most important business asset …. their IT systems.

I also believe that our award-winning, UK-based, customer service and support teams really do build customer loyalty. I often get very positive feedback, even when things maybe don’t go quite as expected. I believe this is because we stay true to our mission statement of “There are times when things may go wrong, or not as expected, but it is how these situations are addressed and dealt with that sets us apart from the rest”.

As with many things in life, it is often hard to know how good a company is to work with until you have started to work with them. And I agree with this. All I can say is that we have 100’s of happy and satisfied clients, so I know we are doing things right. But I will also promise that if, for any reason, you are not 100% happy with our products or service, then you can speak directly to me and I commit to ensuring any issue you have is resolved to your satisfaction, or I will release you from your agreement with us. How’s that for confidence?

At the end of 2019 Teknicare “merged” with my other company – Bellcom Communications – to enable us to provide the full package of services that our clients were now looking for. Bellcom provides business telephony and connectivity, so effectively making us a “one stop shop” for all your Telecoms, connectivity and IT support products. No longer do you need to bounce from one company to another , as they each blame each other for problems you are experiencing! One support team, one contact number, one bill, one happy customer!
